There are many in Devon who provide sport coaching and physical activity sessions. It has been fantastic how so much of this has been taken safely online. Do have a

are taking.
We know that being active is incredibly good for your health and protects our cardio-respiratory systems. There has been much speculation about how our physical
activity behaviours are changing and will continue to adapt in light of the pandemic. Sport England's attitudes survey gives some interesting insight and is
certainly worth a look.
